There are no words that could justify the experience we had with this hotel. It was utterly amazing from start to finish. Welcome drinks on arrival and luggage transported to the room. The lifts were very state of the art and to use them, you had to scan your room card and select which floor you were going to. There were a vast range of shops/amenities inside the hotel (boutiques, salons, car hire, casino, spa) to name a few. The only thing I wish I’d have known beforehand is that the hotel accepts card payment only. Food was out of this world and the cocktails were amazing! Especially the frozen strawberry daiquiri! It was huge. Will definitely be returning to this hotel. If you’re looking for a luxurious hotel stay close to the old town, Rixos Premium is the one!

Staying at Rixos for 6 nights. The food was amazing at Umitapanaki, Ritik is an amazing chef, highly recommend the experience. The special fried rice and scallops were delish. Overall fabulous experience, will come here again when I visit Croatia 🇭🇷

The hotel presents well, is in a good spot and has magnificent views. The rooms are clean with modern well appointed bathrooms. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Great buffet breakfast and the fish restaurant experience through pricey was worth it, but the nighttime main buffet was overpriced.

Great hotel

Just spent 5 nights here with 5 other couples to celebrate 2 x 50th birthdays. The hotel was very good. Great location. Organised transfers from airport. 20 minute walk into Old town or short taxi. We had a sea view room with a fantastic view and large balcony. Everything in the room we needed including mini bar. Would have been nice to have a couple of sun loungers on balcony. The lights took a bit of working out how to switch them all on. Large comfortable bed, good bathroom with nice toiletries although I don't like over the bath showers as think they're dangerous. There was a little bit of mould around the bath corners though. Room cleaned everyday, however I'm not sure how well it was vacuumed as there were signs of dust/fluff on the floor. The facilities at the hotel are great. A choice of different restaurants (although we only tried the one for breakfast) which was very good with a wide choice. It was sometimes difficult to ask for coffee and water as the staff were busy. There's a great outdoor pool area and lovely bar/seating area where we ate a lovely lunch. Plenty of sun beds to go around although the hotel charges extra to use the Bali beds which I think is a shame considering what we paid whilst staying there and feel these should be free. There's no beach but there is access to swim in the sea and the pool is a very good size. There are a few different bars including the terrace bar with a lovely view of the sea. The sports bar is great for watching sports and is open until 2 am. Overall we had a very good stay, all the staff were very friendly and helpful including the reception who helped us with restaurant suggestions and organised Taxis. I would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

Njegos has been brilliant, really looked after us. Great host and has made our experience very special, nothing was too much trouble. From the moment we got here everyone has been so attentive but as a stand out Njegos has gone above and beyond.
